As a Founders Associate you’ll be the right hand to our founders—handling everything from board‑deck polish to last‑minute meeting logistics. Expect high autonomy, steep learning curves, and daily context switches across Ops, Sales, and R&D.

• Execute founder priorities: draft slides, prep analyses, drive mini‑projects to the finish line.
• Own “glue” work: schedule investor calls, chase signatures, coordinate cross‑team tasks.
• Build processes: spot chaos, design a fix, implement it—fast.
• Represent ZeroEx: join pitches, demo days, and industry events with the exec/sales team.
• Operate on‑site: keep HQ life humming five days a week in our Munich office.

• Current bachelor’s/ master’s student in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior start‑up, consulting, VC, or student initiative experience a plus.
• Proven “self‑guided missile”: you plan, act, and iterate without hand‑holding.
• Sharp slide‑deck and Excel/Sheets skills; bonus for basic SQL or Python.
• Excellent spoken & written English (German helpful).
